Desktop Support Engineer

Your responsibilities in this role:
- 1st and 2nd level support
- Installation, configuration, monitoring and troubleshooting of Windows desktop operating systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Evaluation and integration of new operating system versions, drivers and hardware
- Provide technical expertise for system transitions, migrations and consolidations
- Management of antivirus and desktop security and management solutions
- Configuration of VoIP devices
- Configuration and monitoring of data backup systems
We'd love to hear from you, if you have:
- Fun helping users solving typical desktop problems
- A good understanding of Microsoft Active Directory
- An understanding of and ability to repair desktop hardware
- A general understanding of Microsoft Windows server and Linux operating systems
- A strong willingness to learn about and introduce new desktop applications and technologies
- Fluency in verbal and written English, your work language is English
